Ringer is a missed-call text-back and customer-messaging service operated by CG3 Design Studio LLC for local home-service businesses (HVAC and plumbing). This page documents exactly how a consumer consents to receive text messages, so the consent experience can be reviewed publicly.
The same consent model applies to every number in the Ringer program: a consumer’s own inbound call or text is the opt-in. Businesses that use Ringer publish their own numbers; the number below, (727) 351-8321, is Ringer’s own program line.
Contact Ringer
Call or text this number to reach Ringer. Calling or texting it is how you consent to receive SMS replies (details below).
Consent is collected through the consumer’s own inbound contact. The consumer calls or texts Ringer’s published phone number, (727) 351-8321. That inbound contact is the opt-in. No phone number is ever messaged that has not first contacted Ringer, and phone numbers are never purchased, rented, or sourced from third-party lists.
“Hi, this is Ringer, sorry we missed your call! Reply here and we’ll help you out. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
Every first outbound text identifies Ringer by name and includes “Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
All messages are one-to-one and relationship/transactional: replies about a service request the consumer initiated, plus one post-job review request. No promotional, bulk, or third-party marketing is sent. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

See the SMS Terms & Messaging Program, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy (which states mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not shared with third parties).
