These terms govern your use of Ringer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Ringer provides missed-call text-back, a two-way SMS inbox, AI-drafted replies, and review-request automation for HVAC and plumbing businesses. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for complying with applicable texting laws and carrier rules.
Paid plans start after your 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. There is no setup fee, and you may cancel anytime.
When a consumer contacts a participating business and the call isn’t answered, the business may reply by SMS about that service request, and may send a one-time review request after a completed job. Consumers can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT), and reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
