Ringer.

SMS Terms & Messaging Program

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Ringer is a missed-call text-back and customer-messaging service operated by CG3 Design Studio LLC. It lets local home-service businesses (HVAC and plumbing) text their own customers.

Program description

When a consumer calls or texts a participating business and the call isn’t answered, the business may reply by SMS to continue the conversation about that service request. After a completed job, the business may send a one-time review request. Messages are sent on behalf of the specific business the consumer contacted.

How you consent

You opt in by contacting a participating business first — calling or texting its number. No one is messaged who has not first contacted the business. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, or obtained from third-party lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time; one confirmation is sent and messaging stops. Reply START to opt back in.
